Yes, yes! I've always wanted to go there, my room mate went on an adventure tour across all of Oz but in Perth he went white water rafting, said it was 'intense' which I can imagine being a very accurate description!
I'm surprised TravelAddict didn't mention this but Perth has a very good nightlife I've heard, very nice bars and clubs if thats what you're interested in?
