Calgary is a beautiful place, it's really close to the Rocky Mountains which are fantastic for walking so I'd recommend staying out in the country so you can get to the Rockies easily.
I'd love to! but I think the likelyhood is that I'll need to be in the town for meetings and what not, my brother said theres some great Bread and Breakfast's there rather than staying in Hotels
