I'm looking for a boutique hotel for a luxury weekend break anywhere in the UK. I've heard the Malmaison Hotel in Oxford is amazing and set in an old prison which sounds original but I've been to Oxford loads - anyone have any other recommendations...?

I've been to the Copthorne Tara in Kensington and it was unbelievable...it'll break the bank but its completely worth it, 4 star service I think it was and luckily I wasn't paying! haha.
Breakfast in bed was epic and I think the bed and covers were comfier than mine at home! Highly recommended if you have the dosh!
