I havn't ever been to Tokyo, my cousin recently moved out there for work - depends what area you're in apparantly, and obviously what you're into... He said (he's a painfully sarcastic character) that DisneyLand Tokyo / DisneySea are always fun, great rides and its always a odd to see Mickey mouse speaking Japanese!

Or for shopping, check out 'Ameyoko' where they sell pretty much everything, theres loads of landmarks and shrines to check out - Yasukuni Shrine:
